"The Daily Show's" outgoing host Jon Stewart has been one of the fiercest critics of the Iraq War, yet it turns out he has been supporting its veterans with an intensive TV-training boot-camp for soldiers that's been kept a secret mission until now. The five-week program is designed to prepare veterans for careers in broadcast media, a field historically absent of military types.

Misty Copeland, the African-American ballet dancer who rose from poverty and learned the art at the untypically late age of 13, was named Tuesday as the first female black principal dancer of the American Ballet Theater in its 75-year history. Ahead of the official announcement, Copeland remarked at a cocktail reception June 24 on her opening night as the lead in ABT's "Swan Lake," that she "never dreamed" she would become a principal dancer.

Jerry Seinfeld says political correctness is destroying comedy. A Georgia motorist is suing Bobbi Kristina Brown for severe injuries stemming from a car wreck in January, four days before the daughter of the late-Whitney Houston was discovered unconscious in a bathtub on Jan. 31. Russell J. Eckerman from Marietta, Georgia, is claiming medical bills and damages exceeding $730,000 from an accident involving Brown on Jan. 27, just days before she entered the hospital.

Presidential hopeful Donald Trump isn't waiting to be elected to start building borders. Earlier this week Trump lost Univision's support to air the pageant on July 12 after the mogul said that Mexican immigrants are "bringing drugs, they're bringing crime. They're rapists." On Friday, the pageant's planned host, actress Roselyn Sanchez, resigned as Trump's employee, remarking that it would be "inconceivable" to go on hosting the show.

"Inside Out" might turn box-offices upside down. Reviewers are singing the praises of the Pixar animated film by "Up" and "Monsters, Inc." director Pete Docter as one of the studio's best ever. "Inside Out" is already garnering critical acclaim for its adult-appeal despite its PG rating, and its scores of 100 percent from Rotten Tomatoes, and 91 percent from Metacritic seem likely to hold past its wide release on June 19.

Jimmy Fallon was rushed to the hospital on Thursday for a hand injury from a bad fall, and taping for the nightly program is canceled, the show's Twitter account said. Friday night Fallon tweeted a photo of his hand bandaged up. In another tweet he explained what had happened. He also thanked everyone for the well wishes.

The youngest member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, 17, shot down eight months of pregnancy rumors in a single tweet in response to speculation that she was carrying 25-year-old rapper Tyga's baby. "People been thinking I'm pregnant for 8 months now... CLEARLY I'm not pregnant!" the 17-year-old tweeted Wednesday.She followed up her statement with physical evidence of looking tiny-waisted in a jumpsuit.
